So its good, but is it for real?
That’s what I thought when I first got involved, but as I stated in a previous post, very little checking had me assured that it was a good deal. Hell, it’s a steal!
Here’s the scoop on it, ya know, in case you missed it the last time.
You pay at most $55 and for that you get to list your home for sale or rent on a quality website without having to worry about getting skipped over for the featured listings that cost twice as much, or more! That’s right, this site doesn’t charge you a different amount just because you only have one house to rent, than if you had 200 houses to sale; it’s just $55 for anyone. Actually, it’s only $25 if you’re listing the house for rent; how about that?
What about the owner you say? Well, the owner is a down to earth professional that comes from a real estate and mortgage background. The need was to have a website that was cheap to list on, contained listings nationwide, and didn’t bother with paid promotion and instead went with equality for all. I know, equality for all means that your ad will just fade into the background with all the other ads, right? Absolutely not!
It means that people searching for a home to buy or rent can actually find the home they are looking for. They don’t have to sort through the over-paid ads that are crammed into every search results page regardless of whether or not they fit your search criteria. These potential buyers and renters just enter the where, what, and how much and get the ads that match. That’s it! Simple, right?
As for the sellers, you pay one low fee per listing; no hidden fees or recurring charges. That low fee keeps your listing active and equal until it sells or rents! No gimmicks, no discounts, and no scams. As far as the real estate market goes, it looks like someone finally got it right. And it couldn’t have happened at a better time either, what with the mortgage industry in the shape that it’s in, and credit scores getting lower and lower, who couldn’t use a fresh batch of endless potential buyers and renters?
So go check it out, see what you think, and when you’re ready to start saving money just sign up. Even if your house takes a year to go, with any other service you would be paying upwards of $1,000 to keep that ad active for a year, and it would still get bumped down by the “featured” listings. With this service, you’ll only pay $55 … no more.
Sell or Rent with MyHomeSeeker.com. I won’t lie to you; I’m an affiliate and I get paid a couple of bucks for everyone that I send their way. Wonder if I can get them to start paying me for these posts? Oh well …
