A High Value Real Estate Service
I spend a lot of time on the net searching for new things, usually because I am bored of what I already found previously, but sometimes I just need to find something specific. It really bugs me when I can’t find what I’m looking for, or I find it, but there are strings attached that I’m just not up to dealing with.
So when I found a site that both puts craigslist to shame, and most other web based real estate listings looked pale in comparison, I decided to run with it. The result is the first sponsorship that I’ve ever entered into with regard to any of my websites, present or past.
The cat is still in the bag, so to speak, so I’ll be brief now, but I just couldn’t wait to share this with anyone who might be interested. It is a listing site for houses that for sale and for rent. It is not limited to any geographic location within the US.
I suppose the best parts of the site can be summed up rather shortly:
- To list a house for sale or rent, you must only pay a flat fee
- That flat fee covers the listing until the deal is made, either for a sale or rental agreement
- The fee is roughly half of the monthly charge that almost every other listing services charge
- For less than $55 you can list a home to sale or rent, and the fully featured listing remains until the house is sold or rented
- There are no hidden fees
An added bonus is that once you become a customer of the website, you can earn a referral credit in whole dollars for each new customer you refer.
Now really, what other real estate listing site have you ever seen that offers all of that? Craigslist comes close, unless you consider that once you place an ad, it takes anywhere from a few hours to a day, depending on where you live, for your ad to fall so far back in the list that you barely get anymore hits.
For anyone who is interested already in listing their property on this website, you may contact me in one of two ways for all the gritty details.
- You can use the javascript Contact Form, or
- If you would rather stick with a static version, you can use this contact form
Either way is fine with me. Just be sure to ask specific questions on the first try; it just works better that way. I’ll get to your questions as soon as I can.
I’ll also be posting more about this website in the very near future, so you might want to subscribe to my RSS feed so you don’t miss out on the best thing to hit the real estate market since … the last best thing to hit the real estate market.
And I almost forgot to mention, because it is a paid listing, even if it is a low priced listing, potential buyers and renters don’t have to worry about sorting through a bunch of junk ads for foreclosure services. They can simply search by price, amenities, and location to find the house they were looking for all along. That is all up to you though, if you don’t list your house there, they won’t find it
I am not receiving any sort of compensation for mentioning this service on BrokeSanity.com.
