Broke Sanity takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy describes what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Routine Information Collection

All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes.

Comment Information

Additional information is collected by Broke Sanity for the purpose of storing and displaying comments made by visitors. The information required before any comment may be submitted is the commenters name, valid email address, and the message of their comment.

The name and email address are required for verification and spam protection. All comments submitted to Broke Sanity will become a part of Broke Sanity until such a time or circumstance in which the Webmaster decides otherwise.

Furthermore, the content of comments are owned by the commenter and not Broke Sanity. All intellectual rights to a comment are retained by the author of the comment. Broke Sanity is not responsible for the content of user submitted comments, though every effort will be made to maintain integrity through comment moderation.
